Play Art has the makings of an important movement and promises to have a significant impact on our society.
PlayArt can be traced into historical times, however, it flourished significantly in the last few decades. The representative, international artists, exponents of the present and the most recent past, have increased to more than one thousand. A small selection of these is presented on the artists pages. Their works appear in a variety of media, sizes, and styles.
Many PlayArt objects have been mass produced in order to make the joyful experience of discovery and creativity accessible to a larger audience outside of museum walls.
